Weekly training and practice is more than playing soccer
Each week, as one of the training sessions, Coach Nenad Incorporates strength and agility conditioning drills into the players routine. Olney players work through a variety of stations focused on increasing their balance, lower body strength and core conditioning. These drills translate into better performance on the pitch and aid in injury prevention. Beginning such training at a younger age will increase these players’ opportunity to compete at higher levels including college, national and international play.
