Olney Players Focusing on Strength and Agility Training Prior to Spring 2017

Coming off their first season as a travel team in a challenging EDP Division, players are taking it to the gym for a few months. Targeting areas like physical strength and core stability will improve on players physical endurance and agility while on the field.

Explosive Performance, a sports and athletic training program works with Olney Girls 03 once a week to focus on ensuring proper form and technique which allows for maximum performance on the athletic field.

Complimenting the strength training, Coach Nenad works with players on small-sided focus drills and ball skills. Quick and precise movements in court translate into an accurate and agile playing style on field.
